The service
Levitate helps you plan calisthenics training and record workouts. Plans and adjustments use AI and the information you provide. Keep your information accurate and review recommendations before following them.
Training safely
Levitate provides general fitness information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation. AI recommendations can be wrong or unsuitable for your ability, injuries, equipment, or circumstances. Injury notes do not make a plan medically approved.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Choose movements and loads you can perform safely, use suitable equipment and supervision, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified health professional if you have a medical condition, injury, or concerns about training. We cannot guarantee results or injury-free training.
Your account and acceptable use
Keep your account secure. Use Levitate lawfully and avoid interfering with the service, attempting to access another person's data, or submitting content you have no right to share. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse or protect users and the service.
Your data
You retain your rights to the information you submit. You allow us to process it to provide and maintain the service, including generating training recommendations with our service providers. Our privacy policy explains collection, AI processing, retention, and deletion.
Beta availability
Levitate is in development. Features may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. TestFlight builds expire and beta access may end. Keep your own copy of any training information you need to retain. We may change or discontinue the service; where practical, we will give notice of material changes.
Apple distribution
Apple's applicable terms govern downloading and testing the app through TestFlight. If Levitate is distributed through the App Store without a custom license agreement, Apple's standard end-user license agreement governs the app license. These service terms do not replace Apple's applicable terms.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free recommendations, or particular training outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using Levitate at any time. To delete your account, open Profile and choose Delete Account, then confirm with Apple, Google or your Levitate password. For help with deletion, including app versions without that option, email ethancatzel@gmail.com. Uninstalling the app does not delete saved server data.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and communicate material changes through the app or another appropriate channel.
